of Dayton. Publications have appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology,
Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of
Management Inquiry, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior,
and Human Resource Development Quarterly.

Management Perspectives journal, a publication of the Academy of Management.

in Management Division of the Academy of Management.

Human Resource Development Research awarded by the American Society for
