Management is both art and science...

It is the art of making people more effective than they would have been without your leadership. The science is in how you do that.  Ask any experienced executive and they will tell you that, regardless of the industry, the most important skill any professional could possess is the ability to effectively manage others.  Skilled managers are in high demand.  As a result, students with the right credentials and experiences are often sought out by some of the top companies.  The Management Department of the Sam M.
